    The long answer to this is that Google has recently updated search algorithms in the past few years and it causes inventory inaccuracy from time to time. We keep accurate inventory numbers internally on our site but they cannot publicly be seen. For this reason, we encourage you to contact us for availability of all products whenever in doubt.

    If you order an item and it will not ship within the allotted time listed on each unique listing, you will have the option to wait or to refund the order altogether. You are not locked into an out of stock item unless it is a special order item and you have already committed to purchasing it

    Of course! Any brand you see on our website is a brand whose catalogue we have access to in its entirety. Building a website up with hundreds of brands does take time so we are always adding new brands and applications, but if you have something you are looking for immediately and cannot find, please feel free to email us at info@abautoworks.com for immediate assistance

    We do not currently ship internationally nor do we sell internationally. This may change in the future, but at this time, we do not.

    For our Hawaiian and Alaskan customers, we know shipping can be costly. We are more than willing to build you custom quotes based on every item you're looking to have sent over. Please send us an inquiry to info@abautoworks.com and we are happy to set up a specialized shipment for you.

    In most cases, shipping time and cost is accurate. If you do come across a shipping rate that seems out of line for the item being shipped, please do contact us and we would be happy to take a look and confirm if possible.

    If you do need an item rush shipped, please also reach out to us and we would be happy to give you proper rates and timeframes.

    We work with most major shipping companies like USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, OnTrac, and more. Depending on where your order is going, what size and weight the box is, and a couple other factors, we select the best option for your shipment to be on it's way to you. If you do not want us to use a specific postal carrier for your order, you can contact us and let us know but you are subject to any additional fees or postal charges that may occur.

    All items are packaged with a high emphasis on security. Tracking is provided for all items so you know when to expect them, signature and insurance are provided on high dollar items so you can be assured there will be no damage or theft, and packing methods using generous amounts of bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tape, etc. are used to ensure all contents of your package arrive safely


    Estimated delivery times are listed on each unique item but most items usually follow this structure:

    1-3 business days (M-F) for order processing

    1-7 days transit time for US Continental shipments

    In the event that your item is going by freight shipping, we will send it with a variety of different carriers. We work with some of the biggest freight companies like R+L Carriers, XPO Logistics, Central Transport, and more. You will be notified on most all freight shipment with the carrier that is going to have your item(s) or we will reach out to you before hand to figure out the best way to get your goods on the way to you.

    We are unable to honor shipping promotions in most cases to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and any other outlying U.S. Territory. In some cases we can offer free shipping on smaller items or even some high dollar items. If you are not in the Continental U.S. but have questions about shipping promotions, please feel free to contact us for the best answer as these inquiries are a bit more specialized.

    Of course! We will price match all major competitors in most all cases. We do not match prices that are based on old MSRP or MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) prices. We also cannot match eBay auctions or most Amazon marketplace items.

    After your order has been placed with AB Autoworks, you will be emailed an order confirmation. This confirmation email will have a link to show you the tracking number and status of your package overall. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped to notify you of the tracking number.

    We contact customers usually after every order has been placed just to give you the most accurate ETA. If in the case an item you ordered is backordered, you will receive an e-mail or call and we can proceed with the order and provide you an ETA or cancel it outright with no penalty.

    Because your card is charged the moment you place the order, it is sometimes best to contact us before placing the order so we can verify stock and ETA. If you are looking to order an item that is backordered or will take some time, don't hesitate to inquire about our deposit program where we can help you get what you want on order without paying everything up front.

    Returns: 
    Returns are accepted for 30 days after purchase. Items must be unused, in brand new condition and in unopened, original packaging. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% which will be imposed on a case by case basis. You are responsible for return shipping. After 30 days we can not provide refunds or exchanges.

    - Special Order items

    Orders that are being placed on a deposit-basis are subject to the same penalties as a special order item. This means that there are no cancellations of items ordered using this method once the order has been processed. In the event that you do not pay the remainder of your balance after 90 days from the date AB Autoworks receives the item(s), AB Autoworks reserves the right to retain your deposit.

    To complete your return, you must show a receipt or proof of purchase. 
    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Cancellations: 
    Cancellations are subject to a 5% fee. Cancellation means you are canceling an order BEFORE it has shipped from our facility. Once the item has left our facility it is treated as a return. This excludes special order items; if we have already placed an order for a special order item it cannot be cancelled.

    Refunds: 
    Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and update you regarding the status of your refunds approval. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-14 business days.

    We do. We will require proof of a resellers permit and sales tax ID in all states you operate in to get you up and running but we would be happy to help. If this is something you are interested in, please email us at info@abautoworks.com

    You can, however, we advise you to contact us to check stock before coming to confirm if an item is currently in stock with us.

    All pickups must have an appointment time set up with us and drop ins are not currently welcome. Being that most all day we are performing labor on cars, it isn't ideal for us to drop what we are doing to grab parts and hang out for a bit. We would be more than happy to help you in person, but again, it must be on an appointment only basis at this current time.

    We are not sponsoring at this current time, but are always interested to receive proposals from prospective builders that can represent our vision. We will always review a sponsorship proposal, so feel free to send them to info@abautoworks.com.
